What is Remote Technical Support?

Many of you must have heard the term remote technical support, also called remote tech support or online technical support. Most of the people have a general idea of this term like it is a kind of technical help provided on phone or through internet, or, it is a kind of technical call center service. However, these statements about remote technical support are correct, but they do not provide the complete view of it. Remote Technical support or remote tech support can be defined as an online technical help (often over a telephone), especially regarding IT and electronic products, provided to a customer from a remote location by certain companies who have a team of qualified and experienced personnel who are specialized in providing such online technical services. We will here discuss about the remote technical support for computers and computer peripherals.

Advantages of Choosing Remote Technical Support

As we have just discussed the meaning of remote technical support, let’s now talk about the merits or advantages of choosing remote technical support. There are a number of advantages of choosing remote tech support; few primary advantages are as listed under:

 • Remote technical support provides convenience. It is very convenient in comparison of contacting a computer vendor to visit your home and repair your PC or taking your computer to the vendor.
 • Remote tech support saves time. It is said that time is even precious than money and one can save a lot of his valuable time by going for online technical support.
 • This service is economical or money saving. Now, there is no need to spend your hard earned money on PC repair by going after conventional means of computer repairing. The remote technical services are designed to give optimum value for your money.
 • Online technical support services can be availed round-the-clock. Unlike the conventional computer repair services, the online tech services are available 24×7, which is of course a big advantage.
 • You get professional assistance by opting for remote tech support. These technical services are provided by qualified, experienced, and well trained executives employed by big IT services companies. So, there is naturally a professional flavor in the services rendered by them, which is hard to find at other places.
 • Online technical support makes PC repair a hassle free process. It eliminates the trouble of surfing through thousands of websites, seeking a solution for your PC problem or running after computer vendors for computer repair.
 • Remote tech support protects your privacy. Allowing stranger technicians to enter your home often for PC repair is not advisable, as it violates your privacy and also makes you vulnerable to mishaps.

Ask PC Experts is a leading player in the field of remote technical support services, lending all kinds of PC repair solutions. For detailed information about the company and its services you may visit: http://www.askpcexperts.com/.

ASUS 14Inch

NEW DISCOUNT amzn.to Customer Reviews: "Okay, read all the reviews and decided I wanted one. Plenty of bad reviews by companies and lots of good ones by individuals. This is definitely not a zenbook, but it is a very powerful little ultralight. It weighs in at what a 13" should and with the exception of the oversized 8 cell batter(not so big as to detract from the overall appeal) it comes in at an inch pretty much all the way around. Closes flat, a must have for me, excellent opening angle on the screen, wish they had a matte variant of the screen, but asus did put a very good looking screen on these babies. I seriously can’t tell the difference between the 1080p on my dv6tqe and the 720p on this laptop, the 14" actually looks a little sharper in my opinion. Speakers suffice, but seriously now, its a laptop, buy some freaking headphones if its that important to you. Keyboard is amazing, typing is so smooth I don’t even miss backlighting on it. Trackpad is touchy with regards to the palm of your hand brushing it, and buttons do have a "cheap" feel to them, but all in all I can deal with it; took the multi-touch tutorial and when you get comfortable with it you won’t need the mouse buttons. I like the asus standard overclocking settings, and 10hr battery life is incredible. I would suggest this computer to anyone. Its light, its thin, its portable and powerful and looks nice. I think the next gen should have an all-metal body versus metal uppers, but I have owned several …

Sony 16.4Inch

NEW OFFER amzn.to Customer Reviews: "I have been a photographer for over 30 years and fully converted to digital about 10 years ago. I have always used the Windows platform for my photo editing even though every other photographer that I know seems to use a Mac. As digital files become bigger and editing programs become more powerful I tend to replace my computer every two years or so. I have a desktop computer (also a Sony) that I used to do most of my editing on, but as much as I travel it seems that I use a laptop more often, When I decided to upgrade my laptop I went to my largest customer’s IT department and asked the guys opinion on what I should get. First they all said Mac (sigh). When I told them that I didn’t want to learn a new system they talked about it for a while (why is it that people in IT departments never smile?) I told them what version of Photo Shop I was running, the size of my camera’s files, the fact that I shoot and edit video as well, have an =external hard drive, what my budget was (under 2000), etc. Eventually, the general consensus was that I should get a gaming computer with as large of a screen as I could deal with. Now, which one? After looking for a few weeks I settled on this Sony and I am glad that I did. I chose the 16.4-inch screen only because I find the 17-inchers to be too big and hard to fit into my existing bags and cases. The quad-core Intel Core i7 processor blows through my various photographic programs like crazy. In addition …

Google’s new privacy policy caused a stir to its millions of users. Ever since the largest search engine site announced the changes on its privacy policy, that takes effect on March 2012, there had been tons of outbursts from its users, making them worry about the death of their privacy and how they would not be able to control their personal information. There are some individuals who are so enraged about the news on the new policy who threatened that they would axe their google accounts altogether.

But Google has made it clear that the new policy is not a threat to the privacy and information of the users. In fact, it aims to make the internet and search experience of the user a lot easier. They have also clarified that the users still have full control of the data that would be collected for them. they are free to adjust the privacy settings to make sure that they would not be forced to share information that they don’t want.

The outcry of millions of people about the changes that the largest internet search engine has made only proves how much computers and the internet affects the life of people. A lot of people would agree that it would be hard to exist in this modern world without a computer or internet access. If a person does not have a computer he would certainly have a hard time connecting with others and would definitely be left behind.

Computers, like any high tech gadgets cost a lot, which can be the reason why there are still some people who do not have their PC’s. Actually, getting a computer does not have to cost that much, because there are a lot of reliable but cheap refurbished computers that are available.

Some people would probably shake their heads if they are offered these used computers because they believe that it’s as good as not having a computer at all, since it would probably break down after some time. What they do not know is that there are actually a lot of high quality used computers that they can get, something that would give them maximum performance.

Refurbished desktop computers for example are maintained and taken care of by expert technicians who see to it that every part of the laptop is functioning properly. These expert technicians make sure that the computer would be able to perform to its full potential for a long time.

There are a lot of choices of used computers that could be obtained for a very low price, while at the same time, being sure that they would perform nicely for a long period of time. There are even some used computer retailers who offer warranties and return policies which could ensure the investment of the buyer.

The world literally revolves around the internet and other advance technology nowadays, and without a device to access the internet, a person would surely be left behind a lot of things. Getting one should not cost a lot, as long as you are a wiser buyer and there are reliable retailers around.
